Why?

This site is blocked in China…….and when I’m there it’d be really nice to hear from folks back home.

I think people forget how nice it is to hear from someone…..regardless of how insignificant it may feel at the time……to the person away, it’s mean a lot and really is a big deal.

People can also read to much into what is written too.

I am just me.

I will always be me…….the person that people know me as will never change.

I write what I experience and what happens in my life. I do not write what is not true, and never wish to harm.

If you KNOW me, you KNOW I love you…….and unless you harm me, that will always be true. To me a friend is for life not just for show or until someone better comes along…….why……because my friends are the BEST!!! and I will always want what is BEST for you….even if it doesn’t seem that way. I am direct. I say what I mean. If you ask me my opinion you will get it. If I can help I will.

If I didn’t get chance to see you before I leave I apologise. The UK is large and I’ve been spread thinly in such a short time.

This time last year I was in the south of Argentina……….I love my life!

I have enjoyed living in London……and yes, that did surprise me!

I have been to, St Pauls Cathedral, for walks along the south bank, to the Tate Modern, the Natural History Museum, the Science museum, the National gallery, the British Museum. I’ve been to the theatre, a gig, lots of nights out, Live Jazz, carol singing in Trafalgar square, Chinese New Year celebrations, the london bus tour….but to name a few.

I’ve caught up with freinds from home at home and down south. A friend from travelling came to see me for a couple of days from France, another saw me before moving permenantly to Austrailia. I’ve helped a friend set up his own business and I’ve even managed to waste an evening speed dating with the girls!

I’ve babysat, played tigers, built dens, made new friends. Played with poo (something I’d never have thought I’d have ever done!….don’t ask…….and believe it’s really not what you’re thinking!!!!).

I’ve met new partners of old friends, finally gotten to know Chris……a very bad influence in the wine division! I’ve travelled around and gotten to know Gloucestershire, Warwickshire and Herefordshire a lot better than I did. I’ve been reeling, to a black tie New Years party and to Manchester to visit my mate Mel.

Today I’ve to go to my old school to discuss China and possiblities of working together on a couple of projects. Then I need to pack.

I’ve had a jam packed three months………it’s been great!

The UK is great……..but so is China!

I posted him on the 24th June 08. He wasn’t delivered to my Ex’s…….well he wasn’t collected anyway!

He was sent back to NZ on the 13th Aug and arrived there on the 18th December 2008.

In my experience Parcelforce are crap! I will never knowingly use them again!

After several phonecalls and emails to Parcelforce and New Zealand he left NZ heading for the UK again on the 14th Jan 2009.

He arrived last Thursday but I refused to get excited until I saw him with my own eyes.

Wicked!!!!!

I’m chuffed to bits!!!! And I’m already really looking forward to it!!!! We’re going to have a blast and I can show her all the sights and take her to the orphanage and introduce her to my kids at school. Little does she know it but she’s going to be a lesson when she comes in!!!

As for me well I finally got word that my permit is through and is in the post to me now. I then have to get to the Embassy for my visa and it’s all very close to the bone time wise…….but I’m sure it’ll all be fine!

I booked my flights yesterday.

Currently I’m at home enjoying the Lakes in the snow……this time in two weeks I’ll be teaching in China! OMG!!!!!

When I go I’ll be heading back to my old blog as this one is censored and I can’t access it.

I’ll let you know when I’m off. That is if anyone is still reading this?!?!

He proposed to Anna in the most romantic way and yet it is not my tale to tell so all I can say is CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU BOTH!!!!

When I met Anna for the first time I could see how much the two of them loved each other. Tim is the happiest I’ve ever seen him and Anna it’s down to you.
